This project is a protective two-piece case (threaded base and lid) for lip balm sticks. Fully parametric in OpenSCAD, it allows for precision adjustment for different brands and deep aesthetic customization.

PARAMETER GUIDE

1. Keychain Settings
- Add Connector: Enables or disables the attachment point on the top of the lid.
- Connector Type: Choice of geometries (Loop, Heart, Flower, Circle). All feature a 4mm internal hole with 0.6mm chamfers for easy fitment of metal rings.

2. Aesthetics and Texture
- Surface Pattern: Applies geometric textures in high/low relief to the outer face.
- Pattern Depth: Controls how pronounced the texture is (recommended: 0.6mm).
- Pattern Scale: Adjusts the size of the texture tiles. 

Scale effects on the same pattern

Small variations in this scale dramatically transform the visual effect, essentially creating entirely new textures from a single base pattern.You can fine-tune the look from bold geometric shapes to fine, intricate details.

- Logo Patch: Creates a smooth, centralized area on the base for logos or custom labeling.

3. Lip Balm Measurements
- Stick Diameter: Enter the actual measured diameter of the lip balm.
- Air Relief (Internal Clearance): Extra space added to the diameter. The recommended 4.0mm value is essential to prevent a vacuum effect, allowing air to flow so the product can be removed without resistance.
- Wall Thickness: Controls external robustness. The overall diameter is automatically calculated to maintain this thickness regardless of the hole size (Minimum: 2.0mm).
