LTT LGA2011 Wide Substrate CPU Holder

I needed a holder for my Xeon E5-2695 v2 and E5-2699 v3, but the standard 20XX holder doesn't fit them, as they're wider.

I've included options for the regular hinge and for a filament hinge.
