Magnetic Corner Reef Frag Rack

Hello fellow reefers and printers. I was frustrated looking at the prices of frag racks for my reef tank so i decided to learn something new and make my own. Thus, I'm sharing it with you. 

This is a corner frag rack that I designed with embedded magnet bars. This rack holds up well with glass less than ½ inch or 12mm. 

The design has an included pause to be able to insert the magnet bars. to increase strength, I inserted two bars that were attached together into the outside tank bar holders and one bar inside the slots in the rack itself. The wall loops on the design should ensure water tight hold of the magnets. just in case use epoxy coated magnets. 

The design needs to be printed in PETG in order to hold up to the aquarium environment.

These are the N52 epoxy coated magnets that i used.
