RockShox Vivid Air 1:1

A 1:1 replica of the RockShox Ultimate Air shock. The decals are made with double sided tape and I printed them out. Pre-assembly: 

Some parts may need sanding/filing before assembly to ensure a perfect fit. 

 

Tools:

Glue

sandpaper/small file

 

 

Assembly guide:

 

1: Slide the red screw into the bottom of the shock

(As shown below)

2. Slide the air cap into the slot on the top of the shock (glue recommended if needed) 

(As shown below)

 

3. Apply glue to the flat part of the air can and hold on for 15-20 seconds then let sit upside down till dry.

(As shown below)

4. Apply glue to the bottom parts of the blue cap and the red plug and hold tightly for 15-20 seconds then let dry.

5. Slide the red band up the cylinder 

(As shown below)

6. Now slide those two whole big peices into each other

(As shown below)

7. Slide these peices into the top of the shock (Sanding/file may be neccesary) 

(As shown below)

8. Now do the same thing to the bottom of the shock

(As shown below)
