Snap-On mirror screw cover

My shutter's caps have been looking terribly by years exposed to UV and weather. So I have designed these little new caps to replace the previous ones and let them look good again.

Sizes:

• inner diameter: 14,75 mm
• outer diameter: 21,3 mm
• height: 7,5 mm (cutout height: 5,5 mm)

If you find it too tight just increase the size with ~ 1-3% or use a rubber hammer to get it to place.

I have used ASA for it, but PETG could work fine as well.
