BMW TDC Access Hole Plug

A replacement for the plastic TDC access hole plug used across many BMW engines. This plugs the hole used to lock the flywheel at top dead center during timing-related jobs. The plug in my M42 broke in half while trying to remove it.

The standard print has 3 pieces, scaled to 99%, 100% and 101%. I'd recommend printing this plate and trying all three. A second plate at 100% is also available, you can scale this to a custom size if the first print doesn't fit. 100% scale is a nice snug fit for me. Prints at a 45° for strength, brim is a must. Very strong in ASA. PETG should also work well with its stronger layer adhesion, if you trust it to hold up to the temperatures.
