For people who do not know what a gladius is:

 

A gladius was a short sword used by the ancient Romans ⚔️. Some of the Roman soldiers would use it; and later, the gladius was used as one of the weapons that Gladiators used (Gladiators were people who fought in ancient Rome as a sport).
