Grasshopper Front Deck Zero turn Mower

 

Grasshopper front deck Zero Turn  Mower, no AMS on 4 plates. The wheels roll freely and the swivel pivots for zero turning. The steering handles also move. The back yoke pivots and the Deck lifts. I modeled this after my 725D. No glue needed - all push pin assembly. The Mower measures 7.5 inches long x 5.25 inches wide x 3.5 inches tall when assembled. I used all PLA and printed on a P1S with support on. I painted the back vent on the engine cover and the radiator black by hand. I'm not good at it.😒
I assembled the wheel hubs onto the frame first by twisting them back and forth until fully inserted, then turn them both outward a bit to insert the deck pins in between, and then rotate the hubs back into position. Everything else is straightforward assembly - push pins into holes.
Also have a set of K-Bar tires profile option
 This has 38 parts, 40 if you count the extra tires. There was a lot of work and thought that went into this one and many many many test prints . Hopefully it all goes together for you as it does for me. It really needs a good darker beige the flesh tone is to light
