PARKSIDE X20V XT60H Power Adapter

Compact and robust XT60H female adapter designed for Parkside X20V Team batteries.
Perfect as a universal power base for custom DIY projects such as turbo blowers, LED work lights, soldering stations, flex lamps, portable tools and many more.

The adapter provides direct access to battery power through a secure XT60H female connector, making it ideal for custom electronics and portable workshop projects.

The internal copper contacts are handmade from copper sheet for maximum conductivity and reliability.

HARDWARE REQUIRED

• XT60H female connector 
• 4 screws M3.5 × 13 mm
• 2 screws M2 × 8 mm
• Copper sheet contacts
• 2-component adhesive (recommended)

IMPORTANT

Copper contacts must be carefully shaped and adjusted manually.
I included detailed assembly photos and manufacturing steps directly in the model description to help with the process. Try to shape them as similar as possible to the reference photos.

Copper Contact Manufacturing Guide:

Step 1

Cut two copper strips with:

• Width: 10 mm
• Length: 27 mm

Step 2

Trim and refine the copper strips until both pieces match the shown shape as closely as possible.

Step 3

Insert the copper strips into the adapter body and manually bend them slightly until they align perfectly with the XT60H connector terminals.

Step 4

Solder the copper strips to the XT60H connector terminals.

Step 5

Fill the connector area with 2-component epoxy putty or adhesive to reinforce and secure the assembly.

Purchase links for the materials I used:

• Copper sheet plate 100x100 mm × 0.8 mm
• Copper strip 10 mm × 0.8 mm × 500 mm

The second option is much easier to work with because it already has the correct width and only requires cutting to length.
