KettleMax 6.5in Speaker

This portable speaker housing was designed in collaboration with Knight ATV as a custom enclosure for the KS23 speaker. The design features an integrated carry handle,  power button, and a press-fit charging port hole for a clean and simple assembly.

The battery is secured using a 3D printed clamp with 2  1/4-20 x 1in screw and 2 flange nuts, while the amplifier is mounted on the outside the housing 2 screws

Assembly Notes
• Charging port press-fits into the rear hole of the housing
• Battery is placed inside the housing mounted with 2 screws
• Amplifier is screwed into the rear of housing
