Desk Emotion Buddies: Education & Decor Series

Meet the Emotion Buddies! This is a series of figures designed to make feelings visible and discussable in a fun way. Each figure stands on an separate display plate to show the emotion, making it a perfect tool for classrooms or as an addition to any workspace.

⚠️ Project Status: Currently, the Happy (Yellow), Angry (Red), Calm (Green) and Tired (Purple) Buddies are the first ones that are available. The other emotions listed below will be added to the collection in the coming period!

 

Educational Use in the Classroom

These buddies are a good non-verbal communication tool for teachers and students.

• Mood Tracking: Give each student a set. They can place the buddy that matches their current mood on the corner of their desk.
• Safe Expression: Helps children who find it difficult to express their feelings verbally to show if they are feeling "Sad," "Angry," or "Tired".

• Empathy Building: A great way to start morning circles and discuss how everyone is doing.

   

Office & Desk Decor

You can also use these to let colleagues know your current vibe or simply use them as colorful collectibles to organize your desk.

Print Settings & Customization

These figures are designed to be easy to print.

• Custom Labels: The display plate is designed to be customizable. You can easily swap the emotion text for a custom name using the text tool in your slicer (like Bambu Studio).
• Languages: To make the Emotion Buddies accessible for everyone, every emotion comes with dedicated display plates in five different languages. (English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish)
• Supports: Recommended (small supports for arms for the best result).
