Description
A warrior forged between blizzard and steel, the Frostveil Ronin rises from the frozen storm with absolute discipline and terrifying presence.
Wrapped in violently flowing cloth and surrounded by twisting ice currents, this piece was designed to look alive from every angle — like the exact second before a devastating strike lands.
The layered armor, aggressive pose, and sweeping motion effects make this an extremely ambitious centerpiece model built for experienced printers who enjoy a challenge and a badass final result.
One foot is attached to the base while the other is hovering over the ice currents to maintain the visual floating effect
Difficulty: 9/10
This is not a beginner-friendly print.
The floating cloth strips, armor overhangs and ‘wind/ice’ effects require patience, careful support cleanup, and precise printer tuning.
Supports are intentionally aggressive in several areas to preserve the sculpt’s sharp detail and motion. You can disable the “support critical regions only” option and delete the painted supports for more material usage but better final result.
The larger the print, the easier the support removal and the cleaner the final result.
Tested successfully at 12cm height as well, though support removal becomes significantly more difficult at that scale.
I would not recommend printing smaller than 12cm.
Take extra care around:
Let the print cool fully before support removal or you risk damaging the sharper armor lines and flowing cloth details.
This model was designed to push visual motion and silhouette as far as possible while still remaining printable. If your supports survive the battle, the final result goes hard on display.
