Congrats Grad Graduation Sign - Customizable Year

I put this together as a customizable gift or decor piece for graduation season. Like my other designs, this is a modular print where every part is its own color, so you can easily match school colors without needing an AMS. It’s designed to be a shelf sitter and prints completely support-free.

I've included two different versions for the graduation hat: One is a plain version that stays true to the "no AMS" goal and prints quickly. The other includes text on the brim. The text is fully editable in the objects panel, so you can change the year or even add a name to keep this useful for years to come. Just a heads up, the version with the text does require an AMS and will add about an hour and a half to the print time.

If you want to add a little extra detail, I added a small tassel (used a hot glue gun to attach). I used these from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DJXCRVYH, but the sign looks solid even if you decide to skip it.
 

Everything is set up in the 3MF files with the tolerances already dialed in for the contour and hole fits. If you scale the sign up or down, you can adjust those settings in the file to make sure the pieces still fit together perfectly.
 

For assembly, a few drops of superglue are all you need to secure the pieces together.
