Description
This is a long, low-profile doorstop designed specifically for carpeted floors where standard doorstops slide around. At roughly 110 mm long and only 28 mm at its highest point, it slides under the door gap easily even when carpet pile compresses the opening.
The design does two things to keep it in place: sawtooth corrugations on top grip the door, while matching ridges on the bottom bite into carpet fibers. It won't work its way out like a smooth wedge tends to do. The TPU material matters here it's flexible enough to compress slightly and conform to the door, creating a tighter wedge without cracking or denting under sustained pressure like PLA or PETG might over time.
Internally, it has hollow chambers with vertical ribs to keep it stiff while using less material, and a thicker rear wall (4 mm) which handles door pressure reliably. All the corners are rounded for a clean finish, and there are no support structures needed at print time.
Works equally well indoors or out. If you've got a door that won't stay put, this one's worth printing.
