OXVA Pod Carry Case – 2-Pod Clamshell

A compact clamshell carry case designed to hold 2 OXVA pods securely. Comes in multiple variants to suit different setups:

• Cylinder magnets 4×4 – plain and with groove, designed for standard 4 mm diameter × 4 mm height cylinder magnets
• Oval magnets (burner size) – plain and with groove, designed for the oval magnets found inside OXVA pods — just rip them out and reuse them
• No magnets – plain and with groove, for custom magnet sizing

The groove variants are designed for a TPU gasket (0.1 mm layer height recommended) for a tighter, more protective seal.

Print settings:

• Main body: PLA, standard settings
• Gasket: TPU, 0.1 mm layer height

Assembly:

1. Glue the magnets into their holes using a small amount of super glue — don't overdo it
2. Push the TPU gasket into the groove, ideally using a sturdy flat object to protect your fingers
3. That's it — your case is ready to use

To remove the gasket if needed, use a knife or pliers to carefully pull it out of the groove.
