Description
A fun multipart Grogu-inspired figure designed for cleaner printing, easier painting, and simple colour separation. The model is split into separate pieces so you can print the head, ears, robe, hands, eyes, and detail parts individually, then assemble them after printing.
Because the colours are separated by part, no AMS is required. You can print each piece one colour at a time, making this a great option for single-colour printers or anyone who wants a clean multicolour look without purge waste.
This setup helps the finished figure look much cleaner than a single-piece print, especially if you want the skin, robe, eyes, and small details to stand out. It also makes sanding, painting, and gluing easier after printing.
Great as a shelf figure, desk buddy, gift print, Star Wars-style display piece, or a fun character project without needing a complicated multicolour setup.
Print notes:
Print the larger body and robe pieces with standard PLA settings. Smaller parts like the hands, ears, and face details may benefit from a lower layer height for cleaner results. Supports may be needed depending on orientation, especially around the ears or robe edges. Test-fit all pieces before gluing.
Assembly notes:
Dry fit the parts first, then use a small amount of super glue or plastic-safe adhesive. Painting or adding small highlights after assembly can bring out the face, robe texture, and expression.
Suggested colours:
Green for the head, ears, and hands; tan or beige for the robe collar; brown or off-white for the body; black for the eyes.
