Stop digging in your pockets. Meet the B-HITCH 2.0.

Most belt clips on the market suffer from three major flaws: they are too bulky, overpriced, or dig into your side every time you sit down. 

Originally built as a low-profile anchor for your everyday carry, Version 2.0 takes performance a step further with an integrated magnetic latch and optimised print geometry. Slide it on, hitch your gear, and forget it's there until you need it.

Key Upgrades in V2.0

• After suggestions from the community the B-Hitch now features an integrated recess for an 8x2mm neodymium magnet use a dab of CA or Super Glue to securely fit the magnet, this will provide a secure, tactile snap that keeps the latch aligned and locked.
• Enhanced Durability: The belt hub is redesigned to print at a 45-degree angle. This orientation aligns the layer lines for maximum structural strength, eliminating common shear points and making the clip incredibly rugged.
• Tactical Belt Option: Added a dedicated hub variant featuring a wider 5mm belt slot to cleanly accommodate thick, heavy-duty tactical belts.

Fitment & Break-in Tips

• Sizing Options: The print plate contains Large and Small sizes of the standard B-HITCH Hub to accommodate most standard belt widths, alongside the new 5mm tactical version. Select the file that best fits your setup.
• Tolerance Break-in: This system is engineered with tight tolerances for maximum security. Before initial use please flip the BHITCH key attachement annd latch and unlatch the large peg/disc this will ensure tight but usable tolerance.

Future Development & Feedback

This is an ongoing project. I will be developing and releasing a variety of modular attachments designed to lock directly onto this low-profile base mechanism.
