Subnautica 2 Scanner

This is a very quick rough model of the scanner from Subnautica 2.

 

I have split the model down the middle for easy printing without the need for supports. Fits on a1 Mini build plate so if you have a bigger printer could be scaled up a if desired however the scale seems to me to be about right.

 

Printed at 0.16 layer height and comes out with a reasonable finish however will need smoothing or sanding prior to painting for use as a prop or for display.

 

This is only my second attempt at a 3d model (with a lot of help from my 10 year old son!) so, as before, please feel free to take and remix to something better.
