Ultimate Universal Pipe/Rail Rosette Generator

This is a fully universal, parametric pipe rosette cover designed to seamlessly hide unsightly pipe cutouts in walls or floors. The model is split into two separate interlocking halves, meaning you can print each half in a different color or material to match your decor or create striking two-tone designs.

🛠️ Endless Customization

Using the built-in configurator, the appearance and functionality of this rosette can be heavily modified to fit almost any scenario:

• Outer Shapes: Choose from Round, Square, Hexagonal or Rectangular.
• Pipe Layouts: Easily toggle between single and double pipe configurations.
• Surface Profiles: Select a Flat, Convex (bulging), or Concave (bowing) curvature.
• Dimensions: Precisely adjust the inner pipe diameter, overall outer diameter, total vertical height, and chamfer size.

🔒 Interlocking Snap Mechanism

The two halves feature a robust dovetail guide and flexible hook shaft. They snap together perfectly and will not shift once locked.

• Important Dimension Limit: The width of the rosette (the distance from the inner pipe hole to the outer edge) must be at least 2 cm to properly fit the internal locking mechanism.
• Adjustable Fit: If you find the parts difficult to snap together due to your printer's specific quality or material shrinkage, simply increase the tolerance values within the configurator for a smoother fit.
