Saja Boy Light Stick

Saja Boy Light Stick:

Perfect for cosplayers and fans alike. 

I originally designed this light stick to be a gift for a friend a while ago when the movie first released so please excuse the photos, these are the best out of a bad bunch.

I've provided two versions of the head, one with a hole for a button for internal lights and another solid head if you just want a display piece. The example above was printed in black and transparent red PLA.

Assembly:

The handle clicks into the head, with the logo and sheets being friction fit into the head. However, I would recommend gluing them into place.

Lighting wise I soldered some simple LEDs to a button and battery. 

Print Settings:

Standard Infill 15-20% 

Support may be needed for the handle (I printed it without and it came out fine)

Support will be needed for the gaps in the head 

No AMS required
