Description
When I was a kid, brushing my teeth was such a hassle. Of course, I paid the price later on.
This model was created to motivate children who, like me, find brushing their teeth a chore.
The overall shape resembles a Stegosaurus, one of the most popular dinosaurs, and it is sturdy enough to be used simply as a dinosaur toy without the toothpaste tube.
Stegosaurus has zigzag horns on its back, and my design utilizes this shape so that the toothpaste is inserted between the horns positioned on both sides of the back.
You squeeze the toothpaste by rotating the tail section, and it is securely fixed in place using a unique snap-fit mechanism that prevents it from slipping out. The rotation is a clockwise ratchet mechanism.
The number of parts has been minimized for easy assembly and sturdiness. While some support is required, the supports detach easily and cleanly.
Assemble instruction
1, Insert a ratchet gear into one side of the rod as shown in the photo below.
2.Insert the assembly assembled above into the tail. (Use adhesive if necessary.)
3. Insert the toothpaste onto the fixed rod, then insert it into the body.
