Minimal Vent Cover with Removable Mesh

Simple ventilation cover designed to hide exposed insulation foam inside balcony PVC panels.

The front cover is removable, allowing easy insect mesh replacement or cleaning.

Friction-fit design, no screws required.

Designed for:
- 155 mm hole diameter
- 35 mm panel thickness

The inner tube fits tightly inside the panel opening, while the front cover presses the insect mesh in place.

Easy to print, easy to remove, and easy to customize for other diameters.

Printed in PLA, but if placed in a location when sun hits or temperatures are high, use PETG or other filaments which are more heat resistent and don't bend.

Made because exposed blue insulation foam was driving me crazy :)
