Description
Various sizes of full complement print-in-place roller bearings in standard 608 and 62XX ball bearing packages.
The bearing names reflect their ball bearing equivalent package dimensions, making it easy to use these as drop-in replacements where only radial load capacity is required. These are roller bearings — not ball bearings — and are designed to handle light radial loads only.
Ball bearings are notoriously difficult to print successfully, making roller bearings a practical and more reliable alternative for FDM printing. The trade-off is that roller bearings cannot carry axial (thrust) or moment loads, so these are best suited for applications where only radial support is needed.
⚠️ Please note: These are plastic bearings. They will not match the smoothness, quietness, or longevity of precision metallic bearings. Applying a grease (such as silicone grease) to the rollers is strongly recommended to reduce noise and wear.

Available sizes:
| Bearing | Nominal Dimensions |
|---|---|
| 608 | ID 8 mm* / OD 22 mm* / W 7 mm |
| 6200 | ID 10 mm* / OD 30 mm* / W 9 mm |
| 6202 | ID 15 mm* / OD 35 mm* / W 11 mm |
| 6203 | ID 17 mm* / OD 40 mm* / W 12 mm |
| 6204 | ID 20 mm* / OD 47 mm* / W 14 mm |
* Inner diameter (ID) is increased by .13mm (.005") and outer diameter is decreased by .25mm (.010") from nominal to reduce interference. Calibrate your X and Y steps if fits are too tight.
