Hide, Seek & Match is an interactive Montessori-inspired learning game designed to encourage movement, problem-solving, and early learning skills through play. 

 

Parents can hide the matching tiles around the house or in a child’s room while the wall-mounted matching boards stay in place. Children search for the hidden pieces and return them to the correct matching spot on the wall.

 

In the meantime, you have time to relax a little or do some housework.

You will find 5 print profiles:

• A blank one for solid colors and personalizations
• One with numbers 1–9
• One with letters A–M
• One with letters N–Z
• One with the shapes: triangle, square, circle, and cross

 

How to Play:

• Hide the removable matching pieces around the room or house.
• The child searches for the hidden pieces.
• Once found, the child matches each piece to the correct board on the wall.

 

Safety Notice:

The model was designed with durability and child-friendly use in mind.

• All outer edges and corners are rounded to avoid sharp edges.
• The printed parts are reinforced for extra strength using higher infill and additional wall layers.
• The mounting pin on the wall piece has been specially reinforced with 7 walls for improved durability and long-term use.
• The letters, numbers, shapes, and symbols are permanently fused into the print during the printing process and cannot simply be removed or peeled off.

This creates a sturdy, safe, and long-lasting learning toy designed for everyday play. Nevertheless, use at your own risk.

 

The Plates can be customized in many different ways:

• Letters (A, B, C…)
• Numbers (1, 2, 3…)
• Colors
• Or any custom combination you like!

I did the Shapes (Circle, Square, Triangle…) in Blender. If you have any wishes for Symbols or Shapes, let me know!

 

 

Wall Mounting:

The wall pieces can be mounted in two different ways:

• Using double-sided adhesive wall-safe mounting tape (designed for picture frames or wall decorations is recommended).
• Using a small nail through the rear mounting hole.

 

Please read before printing:

Make sure your print bed is clean and free from dust, grease, or residue to ensure strong adhesion.
Place your printer on a stable, vibration-free surface, and confirm that vibration compensation is correctly calibrated.
Before printing, double-check that your filament profile matches the material and that your bed temperature is properly set.

Printing Information:
 

This model is designed to be very easy to print and beginner-friendly.

 

If the Prime Tower displays three colors after coloring, this can be ignored. After slicing, the actual print of the Prime Tower will be displayed.

 

The parts are printed with one filament color change, so an AMS (Automatic Material System) is not necessarily required.

A print pause can be added directly in the slicer settings, allowing the filament to be changed manually during the print. After switching the filament color, the print can simply continue. Here is a How to Youtube Video.
