Wardrobe bar holder (parametric, 3 screws, B)

Wardrobe bar holder/bracket with three countersunk screw holes (model “B”; with through hole for bar rod).

There are two premade profiles for 20 mm and 25 mm rod diameter. These are exact diameters (for metal bar); thus the clearance used is 0.4 mm. Measure the bar's diameter with callipers first to ensure precise fit.

The models has small clip, that clicks the bar in place (inserted from above).

As the model has through hole, cut the bar's length to the exact (with small clearance) dimension as the width of the closet.

 

The model is fully configurable:

• diameter of the bar/rod,
• clearance for the diameter (0.4mm is default for precise fit for measured bar's diameter),
• screw size (accepts 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, and 5.0mm; the clearance is calculated automatically),
• “clip width” for the mechanical lock for the rod (default is 0.5mm for secure click),
• support bracket length (this extends the support bracket for more secure width),
• brim width (min. 20 mm).

 

Second model is “gap filler”. You can insert this between the closet walls and the bar ends (in case you cut the bar too short), so that it cannot move left or right. The second parametric model is for this “gap filler” where you can configure it to exact diameter and height.

 

 

PETG filament is recommended for strength (layer adhesion) and longevity.
