Friendly Cardinal Fidget Clicker

He's cute and clicks with joy… But sure, that crest is a little pokey! 

This is a fun cardinal design built around a separately purchased keyboard clicker. This little guy is part of a series of bird clickers, please see my Friendly Blue Jay Fidget Clicker and my Friendly Robin Fidget Clicker prints too. I recommend printing more than one at a time since it will only take about 20 extra minutes and minimal additional filament once you have fired up the AMS. 

If you would like to print a female cardinal, just replace the red filament with a tan color that contrasts the nest.

Designer's tip… I've printed and assembled a lot of these and since they are printed with the “plus” shape down, CAREFULLY clean this section out with a small scraper or knife to ensure a smooth assembly. Otherwise they will take a lot of force to assemble:
