Wood Chipper 30° Blade Sharpening Jig

I made this up to sharpen the blades on my wood chipper.  Unfortunately I didn't even take a picture of the process or the result but it worked perfectly.  I have 2 versions and I used version 1 to sharpen my blades (The one in the pictures) but will upload version 2 as it is cleaner, will have better fitment and will likely need less/no post/processing

My chipper is a 5hp Baker (Simplicity) 9050100 if you're looking for an online reference.

The bolts go in through the back (mine were screw cap (cylindrical head that takes an allen key) bolts and there aren't any nuts that go on mine.  

The bolts on my chipper that threaded tight into the body of the jig were 5/16"-24 so that is what I made the threads on the jig, so the bolts and everything is solid/snug - no room for wiggle - 

The diameter of the holes for the bolt heads to go inside the body of the jig: 12.25mm 

I did not include the 3D printed chipper blade (a size reference for me lol) OR the top plate that was meant to put equal pressure from on the top of the blade (this plate is not needed) but I can absolutely upload either/both of those if you guys want:) 

Please let me know if you have any issues and I'll gladly help figure it out!  Also if you need any modifications done to the jig for your own blades just let me know I'm sure I could whip something up and upload it if you have dimensions, part numbers or a make/model of your chipper so I can find that data :D
