Ever cut a perfect mortise only to realize your hardwood tenon is a whisper too loose? Or worse, jammed so tight it splits your workpiece? Say hello to your new shop sidekick.

This is a quick-printing, heavy-duty loose tenon gauge designed to take the guesswork out of your joinery. Print a few of these bad boys, test your fit, dial in your router or CNC settings, and save that precious walnut for the actual project!
