Description
This is an enhancement of the Radius Gauge Gridfinity Box I previously published. The first version works well, but removing the box from inside a drawer was difficult because the base with all the gauges would be left behind when removing the lid. This version has a built in handle that removes the base along with the lid. The model includes two versions. One version of the handles has a slight radius to differentiate between inside and outside radius gauges.
I liked the Radius Gauge Set by Beck, but the box did not fit within a standard 42mm Gridfinity grid. Also, it was difficult determining which radius to hunt for because they were all arranged in a 30 gauge block. This enclosure fits in a 1x3 Gridfinity grid and the gauges are arranged in groups of 5 to make the proper size easier to select.
The gauge divider walls are rather fine, so if you are over extruding, you may have problems inserting the gauges. I used Sunlu PLA Plus 2.0 for this print, but any PLA or PETG should work if your printer is well calibrated.
