Tired of ER 32 collets rolling around the workbench?

This holder provides storage for up to 18 ER 32 collets in a compact and organized layout.

The pockets are designed using the actual ER 32 collet geometry rather than simple cylindrical holes. Each collet sits securely in a tapered seat, making insertion and removal easy while preventing the collet from sticking or falling too deep into the holder.

Print Settings

• 0.28 mm layer height
• 15-20% GYROID infill

Notes

Designed and tested in a real CNC machining environment where quick access to collets is more important than searching through drawers or toolboxes.

Designed because I was tired of picking collets up from the floor.
