i just printet it small. 

Always do your measurements to make sure the dimensions fit your head.

 

For the best fit, upload the STL file into https://refmaker.app/ , enter your head measurements,
and scale the model around a mannequin/head reference. , test fit, and export the final files. 
Then cut the model into printable parts if needed in slicer
