Ink refill fixture for Brother GTX Pro ink pouches

This is a fixture I have made exclusively for refilling 700 ml ink pouches that are used in Direct To Garment printers from Brother.

You will need the following hardware:

  6 bearings OD=10mm, ID=5mm, H=4mm

  6 washers OD=7mm, ID=3mm

  6 M3x6 bolts

  4 M3x8 bolts

  8 brass inserts M3x5x4

  2 metal rods M6x50

The bearings are placed in the handle arms and connecting rods and the washers are placed on the opposite side of the bearings.

Before assembly, remove the built-in support in the Pouch Cap Holder, otherwise the cap won't slide in.
