Description

This is my modular picture wall decoration system!

There are two versions available:

  • A version printed on the P1S
  • A smaller version designed for the A1 mini

The only difference between them is the length of the rails.

The bottom rail that mounts to the wall can either be attached with nails or glued on, depending on your wall surface.

Each rail includes two nail holes. If you don’t have nails with the same dimensions as mine, you can simply drill the holes to fit your own.

You can see the measurements of the nails I used in the pictures!

The bottom rails are connected together using bolts, which keeps everything aligned. There are also two versions of the bottom rail.

One with holes on both ends and one with the hole on only one side!

When the bottom rails are aligned and mounted to the wall, you simply slide the top rails over the mounted pieces, and it stays securely in place.

For the top rail, I used 5% infill to save material. You can also experiment with the orientation and placement on the print bed. I printed the top rails vertically because I wanted to hide the rough texture from the Textured PEI plate. Just let the print bed side show to the inside.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)
