Bambu Lab P2S Rear Panel Full Exhaust Vent System

This is my first CAD project.

I designed this full rear exhaust system for the Bambu Lab P2S because I could not find a model that covers all of the rear exhaust areas, including the main rear air outlet, the poop chute outlet, and the far-right rear vent opening.

My goal was to route all of these exhaust paths into a single external exhaust fan system. The poop chute is also designed to remain functional, so filament waste can still be discharged normally.

I have been using this model on my own P2S, and it works very well for my setup.

Please note that I am still an amateur in CAD design, assembly design, support planning, and print optimization. Print orientation, supports, tolerances, and assembly may need to be adjusted by the user.

Required hardware:

• 100 mm (or 75 mm) exhaust hose
• External exhaust fan
• M3 heat-set inserts
• M3 screws
• 8x2 mm magnets optional
• Stainless steel hose clamp optional, for securing the exhaust hose

The rear fan cover has also been redesigned and is compatible with the official Bambu Lab fan kit.

Airflow is intended to be collected from the rear exhaust areas and routed through the left-side duct connection. Other rear openings are covered by the system.
