How to Use
- Customize: Open the script in OpenSCAD. Enter your desired Main Letter and Name.
- Fix Spacing (If needed): If the first letter floats away from the name, enable Koppel_1e_Letter_Handmatig and use the slider to connect them.
- Adjust Layout: Use the X/Y Offset sliders to position the name and the wire hole exactly where you want them.
- Export Parts: Use the dropdown menu (Kies_Onderdeel) to select "1. Alleen de Letter", press Render (F6), and export to STL. Repeat this for "2. Achterplaat" and "3. Naam".
Recommended Print Settings
- Parametric Model Maker:
- Orientation: Set Flip for Printing to ON (for a clean, face-down surface finish).
- Part Selector: Export the 3 parts individually using the dropdown menu.
- Bambu Studio / Slicer:
- Print Sequence: By Object
- Speed: Initial Layer at 30 mm/s (for superior light-blocking adhesion).

- Geïntegreerde LED-Lip & Kabeldoorvoer: De achterplaat heeft een aanpasbare opstaande rand waar je de LED-strip naadloos omheen plakt. Verschuif eenvoudig het kabelgat voor de stroomtoevoer (gebruik de rode "Debug" cilinder om hem visueel te plaatsen!).

- Printvolgorde: By Object
- Snelheid: Initial Layer op 30 mm/s (voorkomt "light bleed" en zorgt voor een strakke voorkant).
- Infill (Letter & Achterplaat): 15% Gyroid (blokkeert ongewenst licht door de buitenmuren).
- Afwerking: Ironing AAN (maakt de binnenkant van de achterplaat perfect glad voor maximale lichtweerkaatsing).
- Support: Zet support aan als jouw gekozen lettertype extreme overhangs aan de binnenkant van de behuizing heeft.
