GyroBall Fidget Trainer

Anyone can make a toy but how about one that gives you a workout too. We all seem to have a Fidget somewhere in our posted models. This Fidget is fun and challenging, you can spin the inner ball with your fingers or use centrifugal force to spin it. When you place the ball in your hand and rhythmically move your hand the inner ball will spin the trick is to get the timing right to keep it spinning. This constant motion is quite a workout over time.  This Gyro spinning ball is based on a training tool I used to have to help build forearm and wrist strength.

 When printing this model be sure take some sand paper to the section of the inner ball that the support trees attach to so it will spin freely inside the enclosure.
