Overview

A clean, simple, and secure solution for mounting frameless mirrors to your wall. This kit uses 4 printed clips (2 at the bottom to support the weight, and 2 higher up on the sides to prevent tipping) to hold the glass firmly in place while keeping a minimalist aesthetic.

Features

  • Frameless Design: Minimal visual impact, allowing your mirror to look modern and clean.
  • Secure Fit: Features a precise inner channel that tightly hugs the mirror edge.
  • Easy to Mount: Countersunk screw hole for a flush finish so the screw head won't scratch the back of your mirror.

🛠️ Bill of Materials (BOM)

  • Printed Parts: 4x Mirror Clips (Print more if your mirror is exceptionally large or heavy).
  • Hardware: 4x Countersunk Screws + appropriate wall plugs/anchors for your wall type.

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

  • Filament: PETG, ABS, or ASA are highly recommended for long-term mechanical strength under load. (PLA can be used but may deform over time under constant pressure).
  • Wall Loops: 4 - 5 Walls (Crucial for the strength of the hook profile).
  • Infill Density: 40% - 50% (Gyroid or Rectilinear).
  • Supports: No (Orient the part flat on its side on the build plate for 100% support-free printing and optimal layer orientation strength).

🔧 Installation Guide

  1. Position your mirror on the wall and mark the bottom corners.
  2. Install the two bottom clips into the wall using your wall plugs and screws.
  3. Place the mirror into the bottom clips.
  4. Slide the two side clips into place near the top corners, mark the holes, and screw them securely to lock the mirror in.
