Juggalo Hatchet Tap to Pay. The handle has a built-in joint holder and rape whistle. 

Added a card holder, joint tube, and rape whistle.  The sliding top can be held in place with a small zip tie. 

Prints in 2 pieces that are glued together. There are shims on plate 3 to dial in the clocking, adjust the thickness to fill the gap. 

For all the Juggalos out there, here is your hatchet. The only proper way to pay for your FAYGO. Whoop Whoop!!!
