Description
π Airless Basketball optimized for the Bambu Lab H2C π
After a lot of testing, I finally tuned a profile that prints flexible PEBA material reliably on the H2C using dual nozzles π
π§ Setup used:
β’ RIGHT nozzle β PEBA / TPU material
β’ LEFT nozzle β PLA support interface
β’ 0.6 nozzle setup
π¦ Print stats:
β’ Total print time: ~3 days 6 hours
β’ Total material used: ~803g
β’ PEBA/TPU used for the ball structure: ~627g
β’ PLA support material: ~176g
β’ 133 filament changes automatically optimized by the H2C system
The file is already prepared with modified settings specifically for flexible PEBA printing, so you donβt need to tune anything manually.
β Just:
The support setup helps a lot with the internal structure and overhangs while keeping the ball clean and flexible after removing supports.
