Ravioli & Dumpling Maker Form (Triangle Pockets)

Create perfectly shaped ravioli, dumplings, pierogi, samosas, or filled pastries quickly and consistently with this triangular pocket maker.

This model is designed as a press-and-cut form that creates two triangular pockets from each square cell. Simply place a sheet of dough over the form, add filling, cover with a second sheet of dough, and roll over the surface to seal and cut the pieces.

Parametric Version Included

A fully parametric model is included, allowing you to generate custom forms tailored to your needs.

Available parameters:

• vertical_cells_ count – number of rows
• horizontal_cells_count – number of columns
• cell_width – horizontal cell size
• main_height – vertical cell size
• cutter_height – height of the cutting edge

With these parameters, you can create anything from small ravioli molds to large dumpling or pastry forms.

Available sizes

• 2 × 3 square cells (12 triangles)
• 3 × 4 square cells (24 triangles)
• 4 × 5 square cells (40 triangles)
• 5 × 6 square cells (60 triangles)

Each square cell is divided diagonally into 2 triangular pockets.

• Horizontal/Vertical side length: 42 mm
