Mini Filament Spool Coasters/Collectibles

These mini filament roll coasters are the perfect gift for any tinkerer or 3D printing enthusiast! The “filament” in the rolls is fully 3D printed and requires no extra filament to be wrapped around. They take around 4 hours to print and less than 5 minutes to assemble. Enjoy!

 

Assembly:

Slide the three pieces onto each other using the pegs in the base. A little glue is recommended to hold everything together.

Use a sharpie to write the type of filament you want the roll to be on the filament tag slot; it can be whatever, it doesn't need to match the real filament used.

If you want, use the 0.3mm clear PVC sheet to cut out a slot for the filament label and a circle for the middle of the roll to prevent things from falling inside.
