💡 Why W240 × D240mm? (Smart Margin Design) 

The Bambu A1 has a 256×256mm bed, but this system is intentionally designed at 240×240mm.

This smart margin ensures:

1. Brim Safety: Guarantees enough space to print with wide brims to prevent warping. 

2. Future Expandability: Leaves clearance on the sides to attach future external handles, clips, or modular add-ons without exceeding the physical print bed limits.

* Nozzle: 0.4mm * Wall Loops: 4 (Achieves a perfect 1.6mm solid wall)

* Bottom Shell Layers: 4 (Achieves a perfect 1.6mm solid bottom to prevent warping)

* Speed (for Boxes & Lids H100 or taller): Reduced outer wall speed to prevent layer shifts and wobbling at higher layers.
