Body Mount for Body 6230

Body Mount for Body 6230 (SCY16103) on the SG116 Beast (SCY16101)

Unfortunately, the original body mount is not compatible with the 6230 body (SCY16103). The body uses a hole spacing of 45 mm instead of the standard 41.5 mm found on the SG116 Beast (SCY16101).

This mount was specifically designed to solve that issue and allow the 6230 body to be installed on the SG116 Beast using the original mounting hardware.

Installation Notes

Depending on your printer's accuracy and print settings, the holes may need slight post-processing with a hand drill. They were intentionally designed with minimal clearance for a secure fit.

Before enlarging the holes, try installing the original screws directly into the printed part. On my print, this worked perfectly and the screws cut their own threads into the plastic.

The mount is also compatible with slightly larger body clips than the original ones.

• Layer Height: 0.16 mm (High Quality)
• Wall Loops: 4
• Infill: 100%
• Supports: Required (Normal)
• Tip: Remove any support residue around the holes with a hobby knife or cutter after printing.
• Material: PLA
• Recommended Material: PETG for increased durability and impact resistance
