Custom Modular Storage Box System Optimized for Bambu Lab A1 mini

 

Introducing "KASANE 160"—a high-durability, space-maximizing modular box system specifically redesigned for the Bambu Lab A1 mini build plate!

Perfect for organizing 3D printing accessories, small tools, screws, or desk items.

The top lid features the same standard Φ25mm hole as the 240mm version, making it fully compatible with all custom knobs!

 

💡 Why W160 × D160mm? (Smart Margin Design for A1 mini) 

The Bambu A1 mini has a 180×180mm bed, but this system is intentionally designed at 160×160mm. This smart margin ensures:

1. Brim Safety: Guarantees enough space to print with wide brims to prevent warping on the mini bed.

2. Future Expandability: Leaves clear space on the sides for future external clips or modular add-ons without exceeding the physical print bed limits.

* Easy & Quick Print: By keeping the maximum height to H100mm, you can print smoothly at standard speeds without worrying about bed wobbling or layer shifts!

* Infinite Stacking: Stable and secure interlocking vertical storage.

* 100% Solid & Robust Wall: Modeled with a uniform 1.6mm wall/bottom thickness for maximum rigidity without unnecessary infill.

 

🔧 Recommended Print Settings (Pre-configured in 3MF):

* Nozzle: 0.4mm

* Wall Loops: 4 (Achieves a perfect 1.6mm solid wall)

* Bottom Shell Layers: 4 (Achieves a perfect 1.6mm solid bottom to prevent warping)
