Super Joe

I made this model for a friend who wanted a superman bobble head resembling his son. I used Maker lab's Make my statue app. to generate the head 3d model. I attached the head to the body using 5mm metal spring. Heated each end to glowing red before pressing it into the plastic which created a perfect weld. You could enable ironing to have a cleaner print out. It is better to use gel super glue to glue the parts. I printed the head in single color to let the kid color it with acrylic colors himself.
