🖨️ Optimal Print Settings: For maximum durability and smooth thread engagement, please use the following slicer settings:

  • Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm (Crucial for high-resolution threads).
  • Walls/Perimeters: Minimum of 4 to 6 walls.
  • Infill: 30% - 50% (Gyroid or Cubic).
  • Orientation: Print bolts vertically (head flat on the build plate). Print nuts flat.
  • Supports: None.
  • Material: PETG or ABS/ASA recommended for load-bearing applications. PLA for general use.

  1. Open the MakerWorld Customizer.
  2. Select your desired metric standard or enter custom values.
  3. Adjust the Thread Tolerance if your printer tends to over-extrude (start with -0.15mm for the bolt and +0.15mm for the nut).
