Description

Transform your robot lawn mower into a miniature Formula 1 machine! 🏎️ These wheel covers are inspired by modern F1 wheel and tire designs and are a great way to give your mower a unique motorsport look while it keeps your lawn perfectly trimmed.

Designed for easy printing and installation.

The print profile includes a plate with a pre-set pause at a specific layer height for manual filament changes. Non-AMS users can use this version.

Compatibility

The model was designed for a specific robot lawn mower, but it may fit other models with similar wheel dimensions. The wheel diameter is 170 mm. You can scale the model to fit your wheels if needed.

Please verify all dimensions before printing and installation.

 

Print Recommendations

• PETG or ASA is recommended for long-term outdoor durability
• PLA can be used but may deform in direct sunlight and high temperatures. I used PLA for simplity and it is good enough.
• Choose colors to match your racing strategy (Soft, Medium, Intermediate, or Wet 😉)

 

Assembly

I attached my wheel covers using hot glue, which provides a strong and secure hold while still allowing removal if needed in the future.
