Minimal ESP32 WROOM-32 Case

This is a compact and minimal enclosure designed for ESP32 WROOM-32 development boards with a PCB size of approximately 51.7 mm × 28.8 mm. Including the USB-C connector, the overall board length is approximately 53.4 mm.

 

The case consists of a bottom and top cover that feature small locking notches, ensuring the enclosure stays securely closed during use and does not come apart unintentionally.

 

For easy access, the enclosure can be opened by applying gentle pressure to the ESP32's RF shield, allowing the top cover to release without the need for tools.

 

Two long openings on the underside provide access to the GPIO pins, making it possible to connect wires or perform measurements without removing the board from the enclosure.

 

This enclosure is designed for fast and efficient printing. Both parts can be printed without support structures, reducing print time and material usage.

 

Please note that this enclosure has only been tested with an ESP32-WROOM-32D module. While it may fit other ESP32-WROOM-32 variants with the same PCB dimensions, compatibility with other versions has not been verified.
