Toolify3d Ratchet holders (ToolGrid style ratchet head holders)

 

This style is a 2-screw down method needing 2 4x10mm thread forming screws/self tappers with a maximum head size of 8.00mm diameter, a chap at work has forced some cheap ones with an 8.5mm head in with success. (i use cheap cap head amazon screws, official ToolGrid ones also work with my boards and attachments)

 

These were created because of the insane prices of other parts out there and/or i felt i needed slightly different dimensions to other creators. for example there was NOWHERE i could find a 3/8 drive ¼ inch ratchet holder that snap on sell (See pictures, one of them includes this specific ratchet which is a fantastic ratchet !)

 

To my knowledge these will fit other creators board types and the genuine ToolGrid boards. The distance between the holes is 9.5mm.

I have mainly Snap-On ratchets, thus were designed for snap on ratchets… but i know they work with other ratchets, such as some Halfords Advanced, ICON, Milwaukee, BOXO and more… if for any reason these don't fit your ratchet send me dimensions and a picture of where they don't fit and i will adjust and upload an additional profile

Print profiles:

• ALL HOLDERS (Containing solid colour versions of all ratchet holders i have designed currently - may be updated to add more if requested)
• ¼ head ratchet holder
• ¼ head ratchet WITH a 3/8 drive holder (See picture with green handled ratchet)
• 3/8 head ratchet holder
• ½ head ratchet holder
• IN PROCESS ½ 5mm wider head ratchet holder (For my Wurth twist drive ratchets, when i can be bothered to design and upload. Will speed this up if there is a call for it)

 

I have these printed in Sunlu PETG HS matte black, because it was cheapest and best chemical resistance for the price. (amazon, 4 refills for £30) but i have tested these and can confirm they work in PLA CF (See picture), PLA, PLA+, PETG, PETG CF, PETG HF, PETG HS (See pictured, with red top). 

I'm sure any other filament would work too.
