Description
Fastening bracket design for Joining Steel tube such as EMT Conduit.
It's parametric, easily adapted for different size tube & fastener. Insert nut into part, insert part through a plate, and insert assembly into the conduit before tightening the fastener. Make sure to remove burr from the conduit or tube before assembly.
► Use M8x30mm machine screw and nut
► ABS plastic is best for strength
► print in direction of upright font
► Use 3/4 inch trade-size steel EMT conduit
► TESTED 20 lbf pullout force (or more)
► TESTED 150 lbf shear with doubly supported member (or more)
